Savor the Moment

Clichés are not bad per se. Sometimes they serve a valid purpose. A romantic dinner with dimmed lighting might be a stereotype, but it is often exactly what is needed to foster connection on Valentine’s Day. In design, the principle is similar. We do not need to reinvent the wheel constantly. Instead, utilizing established concepts allows us to trigger specific emotions effectively. For this project, we used lighting, curated objects, and a specific color scheme to give the Valentine’s cliché a modern interpretation that retains its original charm.
